finished Week 5 (of 8) of the Couch to 5K running program this morning. I've never been a distance runner and I can't believe how long / far I can go without stopping now. My only goal with this was to be able to run without feeling like I'm going to die. To get off my butt 3x a week and move. Some days are harder than others, but so far, mission accomplished. But, no 5K or marathon plans for me right now.
excited to be a co-leader for our Girl Scout Brownies troop this year.
eating more salads for lunch and green smoothies for breakfast. But still,
craving salty, crunchy snacks and an occasional PSL.
completed 95% of my Portland Handbook last weekend. It feels so good to have it almost done! I will probably share through a video walkthrough in the coming weeks because it's so lengthy.
feeling torn trying to balance making and sharing. It often feels like it takes as much time and effort to share it as it did to make it. Am I alone?
writing a long post about how I've been using my Get To Work book.
purging and organizing our house, one area at a time. Once I finish the layouts on my desk this weekend, my scrap room is next.
reading Lovable Livable Home now that I'm in the mood to decorate.
signed up for an archery class at the end of the month.
obsessing over Jamaica's newest batch of acrylic album covers. I got the Topo and reporter this week and they are rad as always. I will be using the Topo covers for a photo heavy mini on Mark's Grand Teton trip.
loving this season of layers + textures + boots
looking forward to organizing my supplies + creating a plan for my December Daily album this year. I'll probably start tackling that once November arrives. There is plenty to do before then!
Have a wonderful weekend!
